Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (ACS Courier)

  • Greece: 1–3 business days (1–5 for remote areas).

  • Pre-orders: 10–15 business days. For mixed orders, shipment is made collectively once all items are received (or in parts upon arrangement).

  • Order details: Please fill them out in uppercase Greek letters and provide a valid email address to receive your tracking number.

Shipping Costs

  • Greece: 5.00€

  • Cyprus: 12.00€ (regardless of order amount)

Exchanges & Returns

Key prerequisite: Before any action, telephone contact is required.

Return policy: Within 15 business days of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Product exchange (size / design / color):

    1. Return the package exclusively via ACS Courier at the recipient's expense (ours).

    2. We will send the new item for a total charge of 10.00€ (covers return and re-shipping costs).

  • Refunds:

    • Returns are made via a courier of your choice and at your own expense (sender pays).

    • Include your details in the package (or via email): IBAN, Bank, Account Holder's Full Name.

    • The credit of the net value of the products is completed within 3–5 business days from the receipt inspection (initial shipping/cash-on-delivery costs are non-refundable).
